Diamond Sports Performance ("DSP," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use DSP's mobile application, website, training services, communications, and related features (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:
Account and contact information: Name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, date of birth, profile information, account identifiers, login credentials, profile photograph, and communication preferences.
Athlete and participant information: Name, age, sport(s) and position(s), team or school affiliation, emergency contact information, medical considerations or physical limitations voluntarily disclosed, waivers, and related intake information necessary to provide training services.
Training and performance information: Assessments, training session records, performance metrics, progress notes, camp/clinic/event registration and attendance, and coaching notes.
Communications and user content: Messages with coaches or staff, support requests, form responses, photographs, and other content you submit through the Services.
Transaction information: Purchases, memberships, packages, payment status, billing information, refunds, and transaction history. Payment-card information is processed by authorized payment processors. DSP does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
Device and technical information: Internet Protocol address, device type, operating system, app version, device or app identifiers, push-notification tokens, login activity, app interactions, diagnostic information, crash information, and similar technical data.
Notification preferences: Your choices regarding email, SMS/text messages, and mobile push notifications.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
Create, maintain, authenticate, and support your account;
Schedule and manage training sessions, appointments, camps, clinics, and events;
Deliver training programming, assessments, and progress tracking;
Process payments, memberships, purchases, and refunds;
Communicate with you about sessions, reminders, account activity, and service updates;
Send marketing or promotional communications when you have provided any consent required by law;
Provide and manage mobile push notifications;
Personalize and improve the Services;
Monitor performance, diagnose technical problems, maintain security, and prevent fraud or misuse;
Enforce our agreements and policies; and
Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, safety, and regulatory obligations.
3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
App hosting and technology providers: Providers that host, store, and operate the App and its backend functions on our behalf.
Payment processors: Authorized payment providers may process payment-card information, memberships, refunds, and other transactions.
Communication providers: Email, SMS/text messaging, customer-support, and related providers may process contact and message-delivery information on our behalf.
Push-notification providers: Apple Push Notification service ("APNs") and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging ("FCM") may receive a device token and limited notification information needed to deliver notifications to your device.
Technology and service providers: Hosting, data storage, security, diagnostics, analytics, and technical-support providers may process information as necessary to operate and protect the Services.
DSP staff and coaches: Authorized personnel may access information needed to manage your account and provide the Services.
Legal and safety recipients: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.
Business transactions: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
Other recipients with your direction or consent: We may disclose information when you ask us to or authorize the disclosure.
DSP does not sell personal information. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
When you provide your mobile phone number to DSP, we may collect and use it to communicate with you regarding training sessions and appointments, scheduling updates and reminders, membership and account information, program or facility updates, assessments, camps, clinics, and events, and, where you have consented, promotional offers.
DSP does not sell or rent your mobile phone number or SMS consent information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from DSP.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out. For assistance, reply HELP or contact DSP directly.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
5. Push Notifications and Communication Choices
If you allow push notifications, the Services may send session reminders, account updates, training communications, program notifications, or promotional messages to your device. You may disable push notifications through your device settings.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the message. Transactional or service-related communications may continue when necessary to administer your account or provide requested Services.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain personal information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, complete transactions, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, protect the Services, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
You may request deletion of your account and personal information using an account-deletion feature made available through the Services or by contacting us at info@915diamondsports.com. Active memberships, packages, outstanding balances, or other contractual obligations may need to be resolved before account deletion can be completed. We may retain information when required by law or when another lawful exception applies.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. These measures include limiting access to authorized personnel, using reputable service providers, and transmitting information through secured connections where appropriate.
Payment information is processed through authorized payment systems. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or object to certain uses of your information.

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS marketing communications at any time by replying STOP. You may also manage app permissions and push notifications through your device settings.
9. Minors and Parental/Guardian Consent
DSP provides athletic training services that are commonly used by minors. This section explains how we handle information involving minor athletes.
Where a minor participates in DSP's training programs, camps, clinics, or events, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the athlete's profile, register for services, and complete any required forms or waivers on the minor's behalf. By providing a minor's information, the parent or guardian represents that they are authorized to do so and consent to DSP's collection and use of that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement and authorization. If you believe a child's information was submitted without proper parental or guardian authorization, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Parents and guardians may contact DSP at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of information collected about their minor athlete, subject to any records we are required to retain for safety, legal, or liability purposes (for example, signed waivers or incident records).
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may connect to or contain links to third-party services. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern information a third party collects directly from you outside the Services.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our data practices, or applicable requirements. The updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective is subject to the updated policy.
